The Lakewood Pan American Poetry and Poster Contest is a way to inspire
students in grades K-6 to explore ways of expressing thoughts about themselves and our community through their artwork.
We believe this poetry and poster contest offers quality enrichment and fun for students of Lakewood-serviced schools. Prepare to be impressed by the deep thought and artistic skills displayed by the participants.
The poster and poetry artwork is presently shown in a display case at the Iacoboni Library.
During the Pan American Fiesta, the artwork will be moved to be displayed in the Pan American Fiesta History Room at Mayfair Park on Friday evening, 5-9-25, and Saturday, 5-10-25 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
